CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

• E-Vouchers purchased prior to 8pm Christmas Eve will be emailed directly in time for Christmas! Between 8pm and Boxing Day, we will pause processing of vouchers and will resume normal process first thing on 27th December.
• Last posting date has gone - we won't be able to post and get anything to you in time for Christmas.
• If you wish to collect from store, last date/time for pre Christmas collection is 8pm Monday 23rd December

Vouchers available in monetary amounts from £10 - £500 and anywhere in between!

Delivery Options & Processing Times:

Postal: For posted, physical vouchers in a display wallet there is an additional £2 charge. We send vouchers out via royal mail first class, but suggest if you can, come in to salon to collect, then you do to ensure your voucher reaches you on time. 

E-Voucher: Free of charge option. We will send it to the email address provided within 48 hours of purchase. If you don't receive your voucher, please check your junk/spam folders as they often end up in here! In particular we struggle with Hotmail email addresses.

Collect in Salon: Free of charge option. We will prepare your voucher and put it in a presentation wallet with envelope for you to collect whenever is convenient for you during our opening hours. Please allow 48 hours from ordering to collection.

Vouchers will be processed and sent out via email within 24-48 hours of purchase (Sunday's are excluded from this time). Those who have selected a postal option may be subject to longer processing times, but we endeavour to post out all vouchers within 48 hours of purchase. Vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
