Indian Head Massage (Including head, neck & shoulders)

Hot stone massage is incredibly powerful. We massage using warm, volcanic stones to manipulate the muscles, relieving tension with ease. The heat penetrates the muscles to aid their relaxation, meaning we can work more deeply and effectively without so much pain. This massage can be both incredibly relaxing, and intensely powerful at releasing deep tension. Your therapist can tailor your massage to your needs.  

A classic massage. We use Swedish techniques to massage tension from the muscles and provide a relaxing treatment. Therapists will vary pressure to your taste from light through to firm and relieve tension and knots. We will always provide a thorough consultation before massage and adapt our technique to suit your needs.

We combine three of the most powerful therapies to combat stress and tension in this treatment. First we massage the scalp, neck, face followed by the hands and arms finishing with the feet & lower legs. The affect is that stress melts away and you're left feeling harmonised, with a fantastic sense of well­being. 45 minute treatment 

Treat the area that is impossible to reach by yourself. We gently cleanse the back, exfoliate to slough away any dryness and treat you to a 30 minute Swedish massage using a blend of oil and deeply hydrating lotion to leave your back feeling nourished and supple. 40 minute treatment
