Restorative Ritual

1 Hour 15 Minute treatment with additional time allowed for wellbeing discussion with therapists.

Uses light, slow, rhythmic, static movements, skin stretches and gentle effleurage sweeps to help aid the movement of lymph along and wake-up the lymphatic system without draining to areas where lymph nodes have been removed.

Unlike Massage treatments, your therapist will carry out movements with a light touch, so that they can work on the lymphatic capillaries just under the skin without draining.

A highly relaxing treatment paired with full body targeting, this treatment will gradually help you drift into a peaceful state of mind and allow each part of your body to unwind.
