This hero treatment starts with a consultation to find out what your emotional and physical needs are.  From that we carry out an aroma test to allow you to choose the oil most suitable for you. There are twelve signature oils to choose from, formulated with natural plant and flower oils with wonderful exotic scents and powerful therapeutic benefits for body and mind. With your chosen oil, your therapist will use carefully applied pressures to stimulate the nervous system, Swedish and neuromuscular techniques to relieve muscular tension, and lymphatic drainage to encourage healthy circulation. This treatment works from your head to your toes, it will dissolve away all of your stress and tension. This is an intense massage ritual drawn from a fusion of eastern and western techniques enabling the therapist to work on your body, mind and spirit. It may be taken as a 60 minute or 90 minute massage ritual.  In the longer treatment extra attention is given to the facial massage. This treatment releases tension held in every part of your body leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and recharged.

Great for those pressed for time, or who want to tick multiple boxes in one appointment. The facial can be tailored to your skin type and concerns, as can the massage. We combine three of the most powerful therapies to combat stress and tension in this treatment. First we massage the scalp, neck, face followed by the hands and arms finishing with the feet & lower legs. The affect is that stress melts away and you're left feeling harmonised, with a fantastic sense of well­being. 45 minute treatment 

Reflexology is a beautiful, relaxing treatment that also packs a powerful punch when it comes to holistic replenishment. Carried out by our in house reflexologist only, this treatment works on the feet. The idea being there are zones on the feet that correspond with areas of the body. These areas are massaged and manipulated during this treatment to help balance the body and its energies. Overall it is an incredibly relaxing treatment, which feels like the best foot massage ever -but has many far reaching benefits for the rest of the body and mind. Hot stone massage is incredibly powerful. We massage using warm, volcanic stones to manipulate the muscles, relieving tension with ease. The heat penetrates the muscles to aid their relaxation, meaning we can work more deeply and effectively without so much pain. A classic massage. We use Swedish techniques to massage tension from the muscles and provide a relaxing treatment. Therapists will vary pressure to your taste from light through to firm and relieve tension and knots.
